This was a stunt/challenge from the third series of Dirty Sanchez and involved all the Sanchez boys and Johnny B.
Recipe for disaster[]

You're in and you're out[]
The boys had to take part in a game that the Swedish people love to play. It involved the boys jumping in a sauna then into a frozen lake, it was a test to see who would last the longest in the cold water after the sauna. Firstly a Swedish man cut open a hole in the frozen lake while the Sanchez boys striped to their underwear.
- "Thought Pancho was small before? There'll be nothing left of him after this!"

The boys started off well in the sauna but thing quickly got worse. The heat got extremely intense and things were not improved by the likes of Dainton who attacked Pritchard with some of the hot stones. The longer they stayed the more hot it became. Pancho suffered the most with him sweating a lot and becoming lightheaded. Eventually all the boys had succumb to the heat and jumped in the frozen river outside.
- "Come on Panch, you can do it!I gave up first in France, it's your turn"

As soon as the boys jumped in they all felt the intense cold. Dan tried urinating to keep himself warm but it didn't have any effect. Pancho once again suffered the most so much so he was screaming. Oh a few occasions Dainton almost gave up but luckily for him Pancho was willing to lose the challenge, upon doing so the boys followed after and went back into the sauna.
Aftermath[]
The boys were in dangerously cold waters which could have take their lives if they were there for a few more minutes. No visible pain but within the body the boys had a stomach ache and spiky pains from the cold effect. As punishment for losing the challenge, Pancho had to whacked on the head by Johnny B in the frozen lake with The cane.
