This was a drunk gag feature to represent Pancho's alcoholism. Presumably it is at ether a producer's family home or Amy's house as there is are children's toys everywhere.

Pancho's home[]
Pancho had gotten drunk once again but instead of passing out he made himself comfy and seemed to have thought that the children's play house was his own. Dainton mocked Pancho for believing that however Pancho thought he was at a pub which made everyone around laugh. Dainton simply stared at Pancho in almost disbelief while Pritchard got a water hose and shot Pancho. Pancho then jumped out of the window and ran was chased with the hose.
